How our package handles the hard parts
- The EIN without an SSN. The IRS website won't take your application without an SSN or ITIN, so we complete Form SS-4 and fax it for you after you've signed.
- The bank application. Instead of guidance, you get a finished application for our partners, based on your order and carrying your Certificate of Formation. It's ready once your SS-4 is signed, and it's sent when you approve, while the EIN is still in progress. Our partners decide, and we can't promise an account.
- The wait. The IRS usually takes two to eight weeks to issue the EIN. It goes into your dashboard when it arrives.
Your ongoing obligations
Delaware's flat LLC tax falls due every June 1. On the federal side, foreign-owned single-member LLCs often owe Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120. Neither is part of our package, so plan for a tax professional.
