Want a US company, but you don't live in the US? No Social Security Number, no US address, no idea where to start. That's exactly what we handle.
You fill out one short form. That's it.
We form your Delaware LLC with the state.
We become your registered agent, so your official mail goes to our Delaware office and straight on to you.
We prepare your EIN application. No Social Security Number needed. You just sign.
And you don't have to wait for your EIN. As soon as you sign, your bank account application is ready for our partners, with your company documents already attached. You approve it, we send it. Your EIN arrives in the background, straight to your dashboard. (Our partners make the final decision, so approval isn't guaranteed.)
One package: $399, plus the $110 Delaware state fee. Start your US company today.

What we handle for you
We file your company. We prepare the Certificate of Formation that 6 Del. C. 搂 18-201 calls for and submit it to the Division of Corporations.
We serve as your Delaware registered agent. For twelve months, our registered office receives lawsuits, state notices, and other official documents for your LLC, then scans and forwards them to you. Delaware wants that office generally open for business, which a mail drop can't offer.
We apply for your EIN without an SSN. Because the IRS online application requires an SSN or ITIN, we use Form SS-4, completed the way the IRS tells foreign applicants to complete it. You e-sign, and we fax the form. It normally takes two to eight weeks, with no way to hurry it. If you have an SSN, the regular IRS process applies and the EIN is still included.
We have your bank account application ready early. You sign your EIN application, and at that point your application for an account with our partners is complete, drawn from your order and carrying your filed certificate. You confirm it, and we send it without waiting for the IRS. Your EIN reaches your dashboard later. Approval belongs to our partners alone, and we can't guarantee it.
How it works
- You place your order with your company name and owner details. It's the only form you fill out.
- We file your Certificate of Formation with the Division of Corporations.
- Delaware approves it, and the stamped certificate appears in your dashboard.
- You e-sign the SS-4 we drafted.
- Your bank account application is ready at that moment. Once you approve it, our partners receive it.
- We submit your SS-4 to the IRS by fax.
- The IRS assigns your EIN, generally within two to eight weeks, and it's added to your dashboard.
What you do: steps 1, 4, and 5. What we do: everything else.

Why Delaware
No annual report. Delaware LLCs don't file one.
A flat annual tax, due by June 1: $400 for 2026, raised from $300. It applies to any LLC that existed at some point during the year and isn't prorated.
Fixed late penalties. Paying late adds $200 plus 1.5% monthly interest on the tax and penalty combined.
A real office for your agent. Under 搂 18-104, the registered agent must keep an actual Delaware office that's open for business.
Changing agents costs $50, filed as a certificate of amendment for that purpose.
This summarizes Delaware law and Division guidance, not tax advice. Your home country's rules matter as well, so have a professional review both.
What stays with you after setup
- Delaware's annual LLC tax, paid to the state each year.
- Federal tax work. Plenty of foreign-owned single-member LLCs owe the IRS a yearly Form 5472 plus a pro forma Form 1120, and we don't file either.
- Tax, legal, or immigration questions. A tax professional who works with foreign owners is the person to ask.

Frequently asked questions
Can a foreigner legally form an LLC in Delaware?
Yes. The Delaware LLC Act lets any person form an LLC by filing a Certificate of Formation. Members face no nationality or residency requirement.
Why can't I apply for the EIN online?
The IRS online application needs the responsible party to have an SSN or ITIN. Without one, the application goes on Form SS-4 by fax, which we prepare and send for you. Allow two to eight weeks, since the IRS doesn't expedite it.
What will I pay in year one versus later years?
Year one is our $399 fee plus Delaware's $110 filing fee, with the registered agent included. From year two, our only charge is the $99 yearly agent renewal. Delaware separately collects its flat annual LLC tax by June 1.
Will you set up a US bank account?
We set up the application for you, and it doesn't sit waiting for your EIN. Your signature on the SS-4 is the only trigger; after that, the application to our partners is complete with your company documents inside. You confirm it and it's submitted. Opening the account is our partners' decision, and it isn't guaranteed.
How much is Delaware's annual LLC tax in 2026?
$400, up from the previous $300. It's due June 1, isn't prorated, and you pay it straight to the state.
Can my company be its own registered agent in Delaware?
Only if it keeps a Delaware office that's generally open for business, which isn't practical for most owners abroad. That's why the package includes our registered agent service.
Do you file Form 5472 or other IRS returns?
No. Tax and information returns are outside our service. Have a tax professional who advises foreign-owned US companies take care of them.
